  When navigating from the 'Diagnostic Providers' page to the
  next page the breadcrumb link on the top page is not clickable
  which eliminates one of the ways you can quickly return back
  to that page.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix eliminates the problem and ensures that 'Diagnostic
  Providers' breadcrumb link is clickable.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.4 and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
