PM64374: IIS 7.5 WILL NOT SEND SMALL CHUNKED DATA FROM WEBSPHERE PLUGIN

Error description

Application is sending data in small chunks to WebSphere plugin.
The plugin is configured with chunkedResponse = true and will
send directly to IIS V7.5.  IIS 7.5 will buffer small chunks
until 16k buffer is full and then send to client.

Microsoft IIS default behavior had changed between release 6.x
and 7.x.  IIS 6.x would forward each chunked response as it
got it.  Microsoft changed the default behavior to hold the
chunked data until all is provided.

Problem conclusion

WebSphere plugin has provided a new custom property that can
be set within the plugin-cfg.xml called IISDisableFlushFlag.
It is set within the <Config section of the XML and accepts
either a true or false value.  If not present or false, the
plugin binary will set IIS to pass the chunked data as it
receives it from the plugin.  If set to true, the plugin will
not set the IIS to change it's new behavior.

new property can be set within the admin console under
Web Servers>[your web server]>Plug-in Properties>Custom
Properties

It needs to be a true or false value.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5, 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the
