Error description

When migrating WebSphere Appplication Server 61x to 70, the
migration job BBOWMPOS fails with the below error.

Caused by: com.ibm.ws.migration.utility.UpgradeException:
MIGR0215W: The migration function cannot copy the file and open
the destination file ..../AppServer/java/lib/ext/jzosekm.jar.

Local fix

Check for the shared libraries, if defined for the node that is
being migrated. If the libraries.xml contains the specified
dir/file , comment them and run BBOWMPOS.

When the destination directory for the library being migrated
is a READ-ONLY directory an exception is thrown and the
migration code exits.  The framework should print a warning
and continue on to the next library or config file being
processed.

Problem conclusion

Test the destination directory for the migrating library to see
if it is READ-ONLY.  Print a Warning to the log and continue
on to the next library or config file.

APAR PM64561 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix
Packs 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5, and 8.5.0.2 of WebSphere Application
Server.
