PM64874: Add disk cache for lists of JAXB classes

Error description

When JAXBContexts are created from lists of classes, the
search for classes may take an excessive amount of time if
the application is large. A disk cache is added so that this
delay only occurs once.

* RECOMMENDATION:  Install a fix pack containing this APAR.    *

JAX-WS web service use JAXB objects to transform Java to and
from XML. In the event that there are no ObjectFactory classes
or jaxb.index files present in the application, a list of
classes will be used to construct the JAXB contexts.  If the
application is large, searching it to obtain this list may
take some time the first time the application is invoked and
after the JVM is restarted.

Problem conclusion

A disk cache is added so that this delay only occurs once.
It must be enabled by setting a JVM property
com.ibm.ws.websvcs.getJAXBContext.cacheClassList.persist to a
value of true.  The default value is false.


The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.27, 8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.1  Please refer to the
