Error description

Some of the URI was missing in the plugin-cfg.xml generated
during deployment of an enterprise application due to a
NullPointerException during parsing of the deployment
descriptor of a web module.

Local fix

Use GenPluginCfg command. GenPluginCfg will generate
plugin-cfg.xml using one thread. The issue is related with
threading error.

The HTTP Plug-in Generator produces information for an IBM
HTTP Server process so that requests are automatically routed
to Application Servers hosting targeted applications. The
generated configuration resource, plugin-cfg.xml, may not
contain all necessary information to route requests because of
a NullPointerException that is thrown.
For example:

The NullPointerException causes the process to stop populating
the configuration data (making it incomplete).

Problem conclusion

The module responsible for loading and persisting XML
configuration documents has been updated to eliminate a thread
concurrency issue that was causing the NullPointerException.
There is no work-around for this problem.

In addition, the trace for reading application configuration
documents has been updated with new output to assist in
diagnosing this and similar problems.  The updated trace uses
the trace specification:

   com.ibm.config.eclipse.wtp.translator=finer

Any problem which shows an exception from a class in the Java
package
"org.eclipse.wst.common.internal.emf.resource.Translator"
should enable and gather trace using this specification.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.45, 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5, and 8.5.0.2.  Please
