Error description

• The ibmasyncrsp application throws the following error:
  Axis:
  
  00000009 Axis2Utils    E   Throwable caught when trying to
  discard the Session
  com.ibm.websphere.management.exception.ConfigServiceException:
  ADMN1211E: Unable to open connector to admin agent while
  processing method discard for interface
  com.ibm.websphere.management.configservice.ConfigService
  
  These calls are being made before the AdminAgent has been
  discovered therefore the error is dispayed.

Problem summary

  When provisioning is enabled, runtime components and services
  are started as needed.  If WS_JaxWsWebService is not
  started, the ibmasyncrsp application will not start
  successfully.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Web services code has been updated to make sure
  WS_JaxWsWebService is included in ibmasyncrsp activation plan.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
  Updates page for delivery information:
