Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If a keystore element exists in a       *
  *                      server.xml file without an id an        *
  *                      IllegalArgumentException ffdc entry     *
  *                      will be created.                        *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The tooling does not require you to enter an id field when
  you create a keystore element, for example, <keyStore
  password=myPassword />
  A java.lang.IllegalArgumentException will be written to the
  ffdc logs when keystore elements are processed.  At this point
  you do not have a useful keystore configuration.
  

Problem conclusion

• If the id field is missing when processing keystore elements
  it will be filled in with "defaultKeyStore".
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
