Error description

• A hazard existed in one of our internal hashtables if a
  hashcode ever had its high bit set (possible negative array
  index).

Problem conclusion

• The processor has been fixed to not generate large hash values.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
