There is no mechanism to control the RAS service via a
property file. With this fix now you are able to disable
and enable RAS service

Problem conclusion

By introducing "com.ibm.ejs.ras.disablerasnotifications"
system property now you are able to disable and enable RAS
service. When the property is set to true, RAS services are
disabled. Refer to the Information Center article "Java virtual
machine custom properties" for information on setting JVM
properties.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5, and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the
