  messages in native_stdout.log are corrupted.

  On Japanese platforms scrambled messages appear in
  native_stdout.log. This is because Japanese, as well as other
  languages using double byte character set (such as Chinese,
  Hebrew and others) require a special Java console.encoding
  setting, yet the check for Japanese is missing.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is fixed by adding check for Japanese along with
  the existing checks for Chinese, Hebrew, and so on.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
