  When retrieveing the header from the SIP message in
  SipServletMessageImpl.getParameterableHeader(String
  name),there was not a check to determine if the header
  exists.
  

Problem conclusion

• In SipServletMessageImpl.getParameterableHeader(String
  name), check that the header exists when retrieving it from
  the SIP message, and return null if it does not exist.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
