  For example:Generating a 422 response for an Invite request
  and the attached phrase in the response is 'Server Internal
  Error', 'instead of Session Interval Too Small'

  phrase after its status code is changed excplicitly.
  

Problem conclusion

• To prevent the attachment of the wrong reason phrase, the
  reason phrase is calculated every time status is changed
  unless the reason phrase is set explicitly .
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.4 and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
