Error description

Current Pool size value is bigger than Max number of thread in
the ORB.thread.pool. For example current thread value should not
be higher than the upperBound thread value.

In a z/OS environment when aggregation process is performed for
different servants the current value of poolsize is considered
for aggregation but the upperbound which represents Max number
of threads in pool was not considered for aggregation which
resulted in a scenario where Current Pool Size was bigger than
the Max PoolSize

Problem conclusion

Code has been updated to make sure both the upperBound and
Current values of the ORB ThreadPool are in sync.

APAR PM66368 is currently targeted for inclusion in
Fix Packs 8.0.0.7 and 8.5.5.1 of WebSphere Application
Server.
