This APAR provides an improvement to the hashing algorithms
used by XML components.

Problem conclusion

The XML component code has been updated with improved hashing
algorithms.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.45, 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.1. Please refer
