  When the WebSphere Application Server SIP Container sends a
  "183" reliable response it erroneously sets the remote
  contact variable of the TransactionUser object as the local
  contact address.
  

Problem conclusion

• Removed the erroneous code so that on sending "183" the
  remote contact is not updated.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.4 and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
