Error description

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Users of IBM WebSphere Application Server * * V8.0 and V8.5 Administrative Console * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Using the OK or Cancel button on the * * Trace Service page may cause a * * ServletException to be reported on the * * page. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** Clicking the OK or Cancel button on a page automatically redirects you to the previous page in the breadcrumb list. Some pages incorrectly store te previous page you came from and can cause inconsistency between the type of the information bean the page expects and the type of the bean server initializes the page with. This causes a ServletException to be reported during page initialization.
Problem conclusion
This fix corrects how previous page is handled during processing of Trace Service requests. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.1.
