Error description

• When an administrator installed an offering using Installation
  Manager, the offering shortcuts were laid down under the
  All-User start menu. They should move to the Current User start
  menu.

  When an administrator installed an offering using Installation
  Manager, the offering shortcuts were laid down under the
  All-User start menu. The shortcuts should be installed to the
  Current User start menu.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed "ALL_USRR" to "CURR_USER" in su file to resolve this
  problem.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
