Error description

• You may have set the Content-Language header in an HTTP
  Reponse, for example in a JSP, but find that WebSphere has
  overwriten that value with the default Content-Language header
  value for that machine.

  During the commit of a response, the Webcontainer sets the
  Content-Language header to the Locale value of the system.  As
  a result, if the Content-Language header has been added or set
  in the response by the application, its value will be
  overwritten when the response is committed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WebContainer code was modified to not change the
  Content-Language header value in the response during commit if
  it has previously been set.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 8.5.0.1. Please refer to the recommended updates page
