Error description

• When creating a Deployment or Job Manager profile via either
  the Profile Management Tool or the manageprofiles command, an
  INST_PARTIALSUCCESS or INST_FAILURE status may result due to
  derby database setup related errors.

  The createOTiSEnvironment configuration action was incorrectly
  using the WsAdminListener component to run derby related
  logic. Delegation to WsAdminListener does not work for z/OS as
  it does for distributed systems.
  

Problem conclusion

• To prevent the createOTiSEnvironment failure, running of the
  derby related logic is performed via an <exec> rather than a
  call to the custom ant task which delegates to WsAdminListener.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
