Error description

• Currently, quality of service extensions (QoS) are loaded only
  if their classes are packaged within the com.ibm.wsfp.main.jar
  file. This APAR makes it possible for QoS classes to be loaded
  from other bundles.

  Currently, QoS modules are only loaded from the
  <was_home>\plugins\com.ibm.wsfp.main.jar file.  This APAR
  allows QoS modules to be loaded from other bundles in
  this directory.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JAX-WS engine code that discovers QoS modules was changed
  to detect them in bundles other than com.ibm.wsfp.main.jar.
  This APAR will not disrupt any existing applications using
  quality of services.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
