**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Application * * Server and Application Client. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Keystores are not reloaded when * * SSL context is reinitialized. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** In order to reload keystore and truststore, SSLContext cache needs to be reinitialized. However, this object was not reinitialized. Therefore, the original keystores and truststores continue to be used.
Problem conclusion
With this fix, SSLContext cache is deleted when SSL context is reinitialized. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.1.
