Error description

• When traces are enabled the activation flow is throwing
  exception and stopping

  When SIP traces are enabled a none fully initialized object is
  accessed during failover and exception is thrown stopping the
  failover procedure
  

Problem conclusion

• The non-fully initialized object is no longer accessed during
  failover.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.4. PM63906 delivers the fix in 8.5.0.1.  Please
  refer to the Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
