    ****************************************************************
    PGCControllerServlet._initialize() set up all the plugins
    services that need to run in a cell and create the correct
    instance of ServicesManager. However, it does not get called
    until the first doGet or doPost is invoked. In multi SR case,
    the SR that does not process the job (i.e doGet/doPost of that
    servlet instance wasn't called), the first time
    EndpointSRMBean calls ServicesManager.getInstance(), an
    instance of servicesmanager was created, but it did not know
    that it runs in a cell, so it loads the
    DefaultConfigurationRepositoryServiceImpl, which will go out
    and look for endpoint-config.xml

Problem conclusion

  • The ServiceManager has been updated to initialized correctly
    when the server is running with multiple servants.
