Error description

This APAR includes fixes for a NullPointerException when
restarting job and Unable to obtain Job Scheduler EJB on the
endpoint and was getting following errors.
[06/02/12 04:25:40:960 EDT] ERROR: Unable to get Job Scheduler
EJB handler located at eserver2.fmr.com due to Error getting
WsnNameService properties
[06/02/12 04:25:40:960 EDT] WARNING: An attempt will be made to
find another available scheduler.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Unable to obtain Job Scheduler EJB on   *
*                      the endpoint and NullPointerException   *
*                      when restarting job in                  *
*                      setUpJobObjectForQueueing.              *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
An invalid Job Scheduler EJB was being used from the cache
resulting in a RemoteException.

Problem conclusion

The Job Scheduler EJB is obtained again if a RemoteException
is received.  Also, BatchFileLoggerInfo is retrieved if
null in the SchedulerSingleton setupJobObjectForQueueing
method.
