Updates were needed when
configEventServiceDerbyDB is run along with the CEI trace
(com.ibm.events.*=all) enabled.

Problem conclusion

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.0.1, 8.0.0.5, 7.0.0.27 and 6.1.0.47.
