• When an expanded Java archive (JAR) file is placed in the
  WEB-INF/lib directory of a web application archive (WAR)
  module a FileNotFoundException is thrown and logged as an FFDC

  A FileNotFoundException will occur during class path processing
  if you incorrectly put an expanded jar file in the WEB-INF/lib
  folder of a WAR module. The correct methodology is to put an
  archive format JAR file in WEB-INF/lib.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code now ignores the expanded JAR file in the WEB-INF/lib
  folder of WAR modules during class path processing to suppress
  the FileNotFoundException.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.0.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
