Error description

• It is possible that message CWWKZ0001I is output to log an
  application is started prior to an application having
  completed started.
  
  Attempts to use the application at this point may result in a
  number of diffferent errors.

  An EBA application may report it has started before it has
  finished starting, attempts to use the application would
  result in an error.
  The problem can seen in the logs, looking like this:

  The CWWKZ0001 message should come after the other messages
  shown above and not before. The other messages above are
  information about the application starting and as such these
  should come first.
  The problem is caused by the code that waits to check if each
  part of the EBA has started before printing out CWWKZ0001
  message not correctly waiting for all the information it
  needs.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was modified to correct the ordering and reporting of
  application status.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.0.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
