PM71332: UNABLE TO CHANGE DIAGNOSTIC TRACE BUFFER SIZE

Error description

The customer attemped to change the file size buffer for
diagnostic trace and received "max buffer size error".
Some servers have the trace settting set to file.
When the customer tried to change it to non, they received the
same error.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Having incorrect committed values in    *
*                      Runtime results in validation errors    *
*                      on the Configuration tab of the panel.  *

Switching between the Runtime and Configuration tabs causes
validation of both runtime and configuration trace related
values. It is inconsistent with other administrative console
panels which only validate configuration values when the
Configuration tab is open and runtime values when the Runtime
tab is open.

Problem conclusion

This fix ensures that on the Diagnostic Trace panel only the
configuration values are getting validated when the
Configuration tab is open and only runtime values are getting
validated when the Runtime tab is open.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.25, 8.0.0.6, and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the
