  PM58980 established a reference to a class that is not present
  in the JAX-WS thin client.  If this code path is run, the
  following exception might occur:
  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
  org/eclipse/jst/j2ee/webapplication/WebApp
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is corrected so that the reference is no longer
  present.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
