Workload Management (WLM) enhancements to allow the WLM
component to function in an equivalent manner if bulletin
board service over network (BBSON) is enabled as the
bulletin board technology when the HAManager component is
disabled.

Workload Management (WLM) enhancements to allow the WLM
component to function in an equivalent manner if bulletin
board service over network (BBSON) is enabled as the
bulletin board technology when the HAManager component is
disabled.

Problem conclusion

This APAR encompasses a set functional enhancements to ensure
continuity of behavior when moving between environments
utilizing the HAManager bulletin board framework and those
using the BBSON (WebSphere Virtual Enterprise) bulletin board
framework, for WLM traffic.  Using BBSON for WLM traffic is
not the default behavior, so this APAR only applies to those
customers who have enabled this path.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.27, 8.0.0.6, and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
