Error description
When a customer uses a Japanese language browser for admin console, the output messages in the control region are not displayed correctly. when a customer syncs their configuration change using by admin console, the following message can be seen in browser. And these messages are also output to CR joblog (JESMSGLG and SYSPRINT). ADMS0200I: The configuration synchronization started for cell. ADMS0201I: The configuration synchronization started for node: bbonode. ADMS0205I: The configuration synchronization completed successfully for node: bbonode. ADMS0208I: The configuration synchronization complete for cell. If a customer uses a Japanese browser, the messages are generated in Japanese. The Japanese DBCS character do not display correctly in the control region joblog. The message look correct in admin console browser.

Problem conclusion
Code was updated to correctly display the messages in the Administrative Console and Deployment Manager job log. APAR PM72502 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs 8.0.0.6 and 8.5.0.2 of WebSphere Application Server.
