Error description

• When configuring simple TAI to return a
  HttpServletResponse.SC_FORBIDDEN, the Liberty profile server is
  returning a HTTP 401 instead of a HTTP 403.

  When using simple TAI that is designed to return
  HttpServletResponse.SC_FORBIDDEN, Webpshere Application Server
  Liberty Profile, returns a 401 instead of a 403.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has being updated so that it works according to the
  specifications.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.0.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
