Error description

• The administrative console cannot be loaded when umask is set
  such that global read access is disabled. The following error
  message is shown when trying to open the administrative
  console:
  FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: /console.main

Problem summary

  When the umask of the environment being used for installling
  fix pack is set such that global read access is disabled, some
  of the administrative console files do not have global read
  permission after iscdeploy is run. Therefore, the
  administrative console can not be loaded.
  

Problem conclusion

• Before the iscdeploy command is run, the umask is set to 022
  for Installation Manager admin or user mode and 002 for
  Installation Manager group mode. Then those files will have
  global read permission.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack s8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
