Error description

• Sip Container rejects ACK when a CSeq is lower than
  the last sent.
  
  For example: Process ACK with CSeq 2 and then receive ACK with
  CSeq 1, we will not process the ACK.

  The sip contaier rejects ACK with CSeq 1 if ACK with CSeq 2
  was processed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The sip container now processes all ACKs requests independently
  of the CSeq.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.6 and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
