  on subsequent requests althogh it is not allowed according to
  RFC3261
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix prevents the update of the route set header in
  subsequent Session Initiation Protocol messages.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.6 and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
