  applications deployed can take a long time to complete server
  startup.
  During business-level application startup, some functions used
  to initialise OSGi applications are repeated leading to poor
  performance.
  

Problem conclusion

• The OSGi application startup functions have been optimised to
  improve performance.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
