Error description

  • If a JAX-RPC application passes in a javax.xml.namespace.QName
that represents anything other than the WSDL port, the JAX-RPC
engine will throw a WSWS3161E JAXRPCException. This is by
design, since the wrong value was used. Specifying a QName for
the WSDL service, for example, is application error.

A better serviceability message must be logged, to clarify
what exact actions the application developer must take to
    correct the problem.
