Closed as program error.

Error description

An application is being uninstalled from the console or from
a wsadmin script. The dmgr's systemout.log and the nodeagent's
systemout.log shows the ear removed from the configuration. But,
the application was not stopped on the application servers it is
deployed on. Instead this message is issued:
ADMN0006W: More than one MBean is registered with the same
configuration identifier
cells/cname/applications/app.ear/deployments/app/
deployment.xml#ApplicationDeployment_111.

This problem is only seen when the profile has XD augmentation
such as WebSphere Virtual Enterprise Version 7.0.

On a WebSphere Application Server profile augmented with
WebSphere Virtual Enterprise environment, a running
application is not stopped when it is uninstalled from the
deployment target.

Problem conclusion

The logic to stop an application in a WebSphere Virtual
Enterprise augmented profile has been corrected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.47, 7.0.0.29, and 8.0.0.6. Please refer to
