Error description

• ISAM is translated into Hebrew. When the WebSphere Application
  Server administrative console includes ISAM, the titles of the
  ISAM panels do not correctly use the base text direction
  setting.

  Using console preferences, you can specify a base text
  direction to use for Bidi information. When a product that
  embeds the administrative console is translated into a Bidi
  language, the panel titles do not honor the setting.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the titles to use the base text direction setting.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.6 and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
