Local fix

Problem summary

  The installation of a standalone Resource Adapter (RA) may
  fail with a ClassNotFoundException like the one in the error
  description above. The reason for the failure is that the
  classpath entries specified on the resource adapter config
  object were not added to the RA classloader.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WebSphere J2C code has been fixed to add any classpath
  entries specified on the resource adapter config object to the
  RA classloader.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  the fix pack following 8.5.5.0.  Please refer to the
