*                      to the specified URI in the Proxy       *
*                      Server defined redirect route rule.     *

The specified URI on the Proxy server redirect route rule was
being normalized.  If it ended in a trailing slash, '/', then
the trailing slash was being removed.

Problem conclusion

A custom property has been added normalize.redirect.URL. If
this property is set to false then the specified redirect URI
will not be normalized.  The default value is true. The new
property, normalize.redirect.URL, is set as a custom property
on the Proxy setting panel.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.6, and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
