Error description

• Installing a WebSphere Customization Tools (WCT) fix pack on
  Microsoft Windows operating systems shows a failure on
  deleting the wct.zpmt.backup.list file.

  The wct.zpmt.backup.list file is being locked by Windows
  during the removal of the old files prior to install the new
  file through the fix pack install. This causes the fix pack
  install process failure.
  

Problem conclusion

• The wct.zpmt.backup.list file lock issue is now resolved.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.6 and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
