  Application class path values are recomputed too often.  For
  applications which have many contained archives and which
  contain complex module Class-path settings, the total cost to
  recompute the class path values becomes excessive.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes were made to cache application class path related
  values, allowing these values to be computed less often.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.6 and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to the
