Problem conclusion

  • For this apar to be accessible, two new system properties must
be set in jvm properties for the deployment manager (or server
    one in a base install).

To prevent users from logging in to the console using a GET
    request for j_security_check
    com.ibm.ws.console.disable.GET.j_security_check must be set to
'true'. These requests will be rejected, the session
destroyed, and the user not logged in.
To log the users that have attempted to log in this
    way,
    com.ibm.ws.console.disable.GET.j_security_check.user
should be set to 'true'. The userName from the attempted
login will be logged to SystemOut.log.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.6, and 8.5.0.2. Please refer to the
