Error description

Attempting to create cluster members with sequential port
numbers as definee in the cluster template. The resulting
members contained duplicate ports.

Multiple application server or cluster member server creations
in a row could results in duplicated port assignments to those
servers.

Problem conclusion

To prevent the duplicated port assignments, implemented the
application server port assignment logic correctly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.6, and 8.5.0.2.  Please refer to
