Error description

• According to Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) RFC 3261 CANCEL
  request should not contain a Contact header. However, when
  WebSphere Application Serever sends a CANCEL, the CANCEL is
  set with a contact header.

  According to SIP RFC 3261 a CANCEL request should not contain a
  Contact header. However, when WebSphere Application Server
  sends the CANCEL, the CANCEL is set with a contact header.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new custom property "contact.in.outgoing.cancel" is added.
  If the property is set to be false the SIP container will not
  add the Contact header to the outgoing CANCEL messages. The
  default value is true.
