    * USERS AFFECTED: IBM WebSphere Application Server users of *
    *                  container-managed Java Persistence API      *
    *                  (JPA)                                       *
    ****************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Concurrency during application start *
    *                      can result in                           *
    *                      ConcurrentModificationException from    *
    *                      class loading.                          *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    Container-managed JPA allows persistence providers to register
    class transformers that intercept class loads. The JPA
    container maintains a list of class transformers, but the list
    is not thread-safe, so concurrent class loads can cause a
    ConcurrentModificationException.
