Error description

• Serialization is corrupted in certain scenarios where the
  serialized elements have been mutated. Once the corrupted
  output is read again by the parser the following error might
  occur:
  
  The content of elements must consist of well-formed character
  data or markup.

  In certain scenarios the mutation performed to elements should
  have disabled an optimization that is done during serialization.
  This optimization has certain assumptions that must be true in
  order for the serialization to be correct.
  

Problem conclusion

• The algorithm has been corrected to identify specific element
  mutations and use the appropriate serialization framework.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in the
  XML Feature Pack 1.0.0.15. Please refer to the Recommended
