Error description

• A class loader lock contention in creating
  ExpressionFactoryImpl objects causes performance to degrade
  under load.

Problem summary

  A class loader lock contention can occur on the EL class
  org.apache.el.ExpressionFactoryImpl during heavy load.
  Applications using EL expressions under heavy load will result
  in the creation of many ExpressionFactoryImpl objects and lead
  to the lock contention.
  

Problem conclusion

• The EL code was modified so that the lock contention will not
  occur.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.6.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
