  The locking algorithm that controls access to the WS-
  ReliableMessaging component's internal state data was incorrect.
  In particular locks associated with units of work were being
  released too early before the unit of work had completed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The locking algorithm used to ensure the integrity of the WS-
  ReliableMessaging internal state data was fixed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 7.0.0.29, 8.0.0.7 and the fix pack following 8.5.0.2.
